How is King Jay Cosmetics keeping my products safe from COVID-19?

The safety of our customers is our top priority so we have many precautionary step put in place. 

  1. We are following all CDC guidelines for the work place including social distancing, wearing a mask at all times, and consistent hand washing for more than 20 seconds with soap and water. 
  2. We are disinfecting the outside of each individual product before it is sent out to our customers. 

When will my product arrive?

King Jay Cosmetics is dedicated to getting your products to you ASAP. Please give us up to 24 hours to process your order and ship it. We are not responsible for any shipping delays resulting from USPS or any other shipping service. 
Due to COVID-19 shipping may take longer than usual.

I didn't get a confirmation email? 

If you did not receive a confirmation email please contact our customer service at help@kingjaycosmetics.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Are there any retailers/spas/salons that carry King Jay Cosmetics? 

At this time the only way to buy King Jay Cosmetics products is on kingjaycosmetics.com. If this changes in the future, we will list our retailers here!
